The Arlen Ness 90 intake kit is designed to deliver exceptional performance with its patented Big Sucker “hidden breather” technology and an expansive filter surface area, making it one of the top choices available on the market. The innovative hidden breathers in this kit are equipped with o-rings at the heads and are integrated into the injector/carb mouth, which enhances engine breathing efficiency and eliminates the need for external hoses or additional hardware.

The kit features a 90-degree inverted filter with a unique inverted top design that allows it to draw in air from all sides and the front, significantly increasing airflow and performance. Each filter is made from synthetic, water-resistant material, which typically eliminates the necessity for a rain sock. These filters are reusable, requiring only a rinse for maintenance—no oil is needed.

Customers have the option to choose kits with or without Arlen Ness forged billet covers. Available cover styles include Deep Cut, 10-Gauge, and Beveled, with the option to add forged billet covers to any Ness standard 90-degree kit that was originally purchased without them. The covers are available in Chrome or Black finishes.
